Nadzirah Sal. is the SLPM Coordinator and Trainer for EduFood Training & Consultancy, a Food Handlers Training School (SLPM) certified by the Ministry of Health (MOH).
A Food Handlers Trainer since 2014, Nadzirah Sal. is fully accredited by the Ministry of Health to give training on Food Handlers Training (Kursus Latihan Pengendali Makanan). She and other trainers under her school have trained over 70,000 food handlers from various background & companies.

- PSMB HRDC Certified Trainer.
- Halal Technical Competent Person (HTCP) Officer.

She is actively involved in the Food Industry providing trainings in Food Safety with Halal specifications for local and international companies. Participated in various training programmes, forums, seminars, exhibition and international Food Safety, Hospitality & Halal events.
